Privacy Policy
Network Bridge Solutions Ltd (“NBS,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website or engages with our services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We are registered in England and Wales (company number 04739778) with our registered office at Handel House, 95 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 7DB.
For any questions about how we handle your data, contact our Data Protection Contact at privacy@networkbridge.co.uk.
What data we collect
When you visit our website, we may collect:
- Pages visited, time spent, and referral source (via analytics tools)
- How you interact with our pages, including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour (via session recording and heatmap tools — sensitive content such as passwords and payment fields is automatically masked)
- IP address (anonymised where possible)
- Browser type and device information
- Cookie preferences
When you contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and company name
- The content of your message
- Any information you choose to share during a discovery call or subsequent conversations
When you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to deliver managed IT services, which is governed by our service agreement rather than this policy.
Why we collect it
We process personal data for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under UK GDPR:
- To respond to your enquiry — legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract
- To understand how visitors use our website — legitimate interest in improving our site and content
- To understand how visitors interact with our pages — consent (for behavioural analytics tools that set non-essential cookies)
- To send relevant information about our services — legitimate interest, with an easy opt-out on every communication
- To meet our legal obligations — including record-keeping and regulatory compliance
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, under appropriate contractual protections. These include:
Microsoft Clarity records anonymised visitor interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements) and generates session replays and heatmaps. Clarity automatically masks sensitive content. Microsoft may use anonymised data to improve its products and services — this does not include personally identifiable information. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We review our processor list periodically and maintain contracts that meet UK GDPR standards.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or court order.
How long we keep it
- Website analytics data — 26 months from collection, then deleted
- Behavioural analytics data (Clarity) — Behavioural analytics data collected through Microsoft Clarity is retained for a limited period. Microsoft states that Clarity data is retained for webmaster access for up to 30 days. Where a visitor asks us to delete data associated with their visit, we will assess the request and take reasonable steps where technically possible.
- Enquiry data (non-clients) — 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless you become a client
- Client data — retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 7 years to meet legal and regulatory obligations
- Cookie consent records — 12 months, then re-requested
Where your data is stored
Your data is primarily stored within the UK and European Economic Area. Some processors (notably Microsoft and ConnectWise) may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer Agreements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your data (where we have no ongoing legal reason to retain it)
- Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@networkbridge.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. We do not notify visitors of minor wording changes, but any material change to how we use personal data will be communicated clearly.

Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies our website uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They serve various purposes: some are essential for the site to function, others help us understand how visitors use the site.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the website to function. They cannot be switched off and do not require your consent.
Analytics — no consent required
We use Nocodelytics for website analytics. Nocodelytics is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not set persistent tracking cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. It does not require consent under UK GDPR or the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Analytics — consent required
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps that show us how pages are used, where visitors click, and how far they scroll. Sensitive content (passwords, payment fields) is automatically masked by Clarity and is never recorded.
Clarity may set or use the following cookies, which require your consent before they are activated:
Microsoft may also set additional cookies under its own domains as part of Clarity's operation. Microsoft may use anonymised data to improve its products and services — this does not include personally identifiable information. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
If you do not consent to analytics cookies, Clarity will not set cookies on your device. Basic page view data will still be collected by Nocodelytics without cookies.
How to control cookies
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. You can change your cookie choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer. If you withdraw consent, Microsoft Clarity will stop loading on future page views and we will remove Clarity cookies from your browser where technically possible. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete analytics data that was lawfully collected before withdrawal, but you can contact us at privacy@networkbridge.co.uk if you want us to review or delete data associated with your visit where this is possible.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website functions.
For more information about cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We will update this cookie policy when we add or remove cookies. The “last updated” date will always reflect the current version.
